Led by Dr. Kamlesh Patel, a board-certified neurologist with extensive experience, we provide personalized and advanced neurological solutions. Our clinic, established in 2006, is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to offer a wide range of services including diagnosis and treatment of neurological issues, BOTOX treatments for headaches, and innovative therapies like Calmare for neuropathic pain. Dr. Kamlesh Patel,
MD
A board-certified Neurologist, has established strong, respectful relationships with his patients in the community.
Delesa Walden, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, BSN RN
A graduate of the Old Dominion University in Virginia, where she completed her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nursing Practitioner.
She is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She started her career as a nurse in Jamaica in 2008, where she completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of the West Indies. She has since worked with multiple diverse institutions with various populations, both nationally and internationally, and has most of her NP experience in Neurology.
Megan Domes, MSN, APRN, AGNP-BC
Megan Domes is a ANCC board certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, who graduated with Honors from the University of Tampa in Spring of 2023
She has most recently expanded her knowledge in the Neurology field by attending the American Academy of Neurology conference this past fall and learned about the latest developments and research that is ongoing. She previously worked as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department for approximately 6 years prior to becoming an APRN and is from Buffalo, NY.
